Korver Earns Honorable Mention All-GPAC Honors |

(Orange City, IA) The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) released its women's tennis all-conference selections for 2010 and Kellie Korver earned honorable mention all-GPAC honors in singles' play. A freshman from Pella, Iowa, Korver tied for the second most wins on the team with a 5-9 record playing in either the #3 or #4 spot. She closed the season by winning five of her last seven matches and was named GPAC player of the week earlier this spring. Korver and doubles' partner Jessica Pomerenke combined for a team-best five wins as the #2 doubles team.

(Mitchell, SD) Northwestern completed a 5-0 run through the 2010 GPAC Baseball Championship in Mitchell, South Dakota, and won the Championship Game 7-6 over seventh seed Hastings at Cadwell Park on Saturday. The Red Raiders claim the GPAC's second bid to the NAIA National Baseball Opening Round.
